As a Private consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our products within 14 days from the day the item is delivered, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act. However, please be aware that we cannot accept cancellations for video, DVD, audio, video games, and software products if the item has been unsealed. Additionally, once downloading of digital items has commenced, we cannot accept cancellations or returns.
To request cancellation, you must inform us in writing through a letter, fax, or email; we will not accept cancellations over the telephone. Throughout the cancellation period, it is your responsibility to retain possession of the goods and handle them with reasonable care, including avoiding damage to the packaging when opening or inspecting the goods. Returned items should include all of their original packaging and accessories.
For items such as Personal Computers and Laptops, refunds are possible under the Consumer Rights Act as long as pre-installed software has not been registered or used beyond what a consumer could reasonably do in a shop.
Please be aware that the cost of returning the goods to us will be your responsibility, and it is essential to ensure that the goods are not damaged during transit. Keeping proof of postage is advised. We kindly request that you return the goods to us within 7 days of cancellation.
Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will issue a refund directly to your original payment method within 30 days.
Please note that the Consumer Rights Act only applies to purchases made by consumers and does not cover purchases made by businesses or individuals acting on behalf of a business, trade, or profession.
